Oldfield Primary was rated Good in all areas by Ofsted in 2023. Inspectors praised the school’s warm, inclusive environment, high expectations, and calm, purposeful atmosphere where pupils feel safe, respected, and eager to learn.
The curriculum is ambitious and well planned, with a strong focus on reading and early years provision. Pupils behave well, show pride in their work, and benefit from rich learning experiences both in and out of the classroom.
Ofsted also recognised the school’s commitment to personal development, inclusion, and safeguarding. Overall, the report reflects a thriving, supportive school community where every child is encouraged to succeed.
