At Oldfield Primary School we take safeguarding very seriously and extend our concerns to the safety of our children when using ICT.
All our staff and children sign an Acceptable Use Agreement annually in line with our Esafety policy. Please click here to view the powerpoint presented by Mr Clarke at an Esafety parents meeting.
You will also find a list of useful links at the end of the power point if you have any concerns or would like to seek further information about eSafety.
Information and resources on safer internet usage can be found here on the ThinkyouKnow website.
There is a digital version of the Vodaphone Digital Parenting Guide magazine available here if your guide has gone missing or the dog has eaten it!
We have sessions in school on cyber bullying and internet safety, which are run by the local PCSO's. Our last evening for parents was 'very scary', as quoted by one of the parents. Please watch out for our next event and ensure your attendance.
We are proud to announce that in July 2014 Oldfield Primary achieved the 360 E-Safety Mark.
